This is a big question! First of all I'm Rodrigo Maldonado, I live in Santiago de Chile, I'm 19, I'm studying in second year of Medicine at the Universidad de Chile.
This blog has been created because in my English class, we have to make it like a homework, but I don't see this "network creation" only like a homework. (The computer time is finishing here in the library, so I'm going to publish you dear post). Let's continue, long time ago I wanted to create a blog to write my ideas and expose my opinions of different things that are happening in this crazy world.
So don't surprise if you read some "English homework" between the different posts.
